Starting this fall, the tech giant will release numerous new devices, including iPhones, iPads, and smartwatches.

The Flagship M2 Processor

The chip and all its variations will be found in the:

  • new MacBook Air
  • M2 Mac mini and its PRO option
  • mixed reality headset
  • M2 Pro/M2 Max 14 and 16-inch MacBook Pros
  • M2 Ultra / M2 Extreme Mac Pro

That’s not all, however. Apple announced that the M3 is already in the works.

The iPhone 14’s Selfie Game is Strong

The new Pro and Pro Max options will come with the new A16 chip. In addition, it will offer always-on display support.

The camera also gets an upgrade to supposedly take selfies to the next level. It will feature a 48-megapixel camera sensor and a new cutout for Face ID.

Its standard model will come with an A15 chip. Customers will also have access to a 6.7-inch variant, which will replace the Mini one.

The iPad Revolution

The new M2-equipped 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro models will hit the market this year. And a larger, 14 to 15-inch model is coming in 2023 or 2024.

The public can expect another addition – a more basic iPad with a USB-C port, 5G, and an older A14 chip.

Taking Over the Smartwatch Market

Apple is set to release not one but three new smartwatches.

First in line is the Apple Watch Series 8, expected this fall. While there aren’t many details yet, the new model will supposedly come in five colors and retain the well-known edges. It will also feature the updated watchOS 9 and an S8 chip.

The new SE watch will also have the S8 chip. In addition, there will be a more “rugged” option.

Customers will be able to enjoy special editions made in collaboration with Nike Inc. and Hermes International.

The Rest

The new HomePod will get an S8 chip, a fancier display, and maybe multi-touch functions.

The AirPods Pro are also due an update, although it’s still unclear what it will be.

Last but not least – the company will introduce a new AppleTV, featuring more RAM and the A14 chip.
