Marvel’s Open World RPG Mobile Game Available to Download
Updated · Feb 21, 2022
Yesterday, the company announced the launch of MARVEL Future Revolution during two livestream events.
This is the second collaboration between Marvel and Netmarble Corp. The first was another game - MARVEL Future Fight. Future Revolution is, however, the first open-world RPG mobile game from Marvel.
The story is brand new but includes well-known heroes and villains. The plot features “Primary Earth” - a new “location”, born out of several Earths converging across dimensions.
From the hero side, gamers will see all-time favorites, such as Captain America, Spider-Man, Doctor Strange. The game also features well-loved female characters, such as the Black Widow and Captain Marvel. They are all playable and gamers will be able to modify their characters' costumes.
They will fight against famous villains, such as Red Skull, Thanos, M.O.D.O.K., and more. Some gray-area characters like Magneto and Loki will also make an appearance.
In addition, fans will be able to explore locations like Midgardia, Hydra Empire, Sakaar, and more.
The story is created by Marc Sumerak, one of the company’s comics writers. Future Revolution is available for pre-order on iOS and Android phones.
Those who register in advance will get a special surprise - one costume for their character of choice.
Future Revolution is just a drop in the ocean, however. Statistics show that:
Teodora devoted her whole life to words – reading, writing and trying to be original on social media. She got certified in digital marketing but still feels she’s not cool enough to be an influencer. (We all disagree – she influences the team pretty well.) She finished a master’s degree focused in Literature, Publishing, Mass Media. Her hobbies include traveling, and reading. Teddy hopes that yoga will be the thing to finally teach her some patience and show her the path toward world domination. Maybe modern tech can also help her with that.
