After an outage that began on Thursday, the gaming platform was finally back on Sunday evening.
Roblox, a platform suitable for gaming, attending gigs, and even appearing at awards shows, was down for three days.
The issues first appeared at around 7 PM ET on October 28th. Users initially speculated that the reason was a Chipotle promotion - the company advertised a giveaway of $1 million worth of free burritos for Halloween.
This, however, turned out to be untrue.
A spokesperson explained: “We believe we have identified an underlying internal cause of the outage with no evidence of an external intrusion.”
In addition, the company tweeted that the outage had nothing to do with ongoing partnerships on the platform.
Still making progress on today’s outage. We’ll continue to keep you updated. Once again, we apologize for the delay.

We know that this outage was not related to any specific experiences or partnerships on the platform.
As a result of the issues, players were unable to reach the platform for three days. It went back online during the evening on Sunday.
