The Post and Duplicate feature allows you to share the same update multiple times, with the primary goal of reaching audiences in different time zones. You can also add media, set a location, and save the content as a draft.

When we tested the platform, we found the new interface very user-friendly. Everything is clean and straightforward, including signing up, connecting your social profiles, and scheduling posts. We were pleased to see that Hootsuite allows you to schedule posts for YouTube, which isn’t supported on many other scheduling platforms.
Also, we found the Hootsuite dashboard to be very convenient. While you can see all of the posts in a card design, the app refreshes itself every 15 minutes, ensuring that everything that is scheduled, edited, or updated is automatically published.

During our tests, everything seemed to be running smoothly. The only issue we encountered was with Instagram, as Hootsuite doesn’t offer multi-photo posts. If you want to publish a gallery on Instagram, you have to do it manually.

Sendible vs Hootsuite
When comparing the Hootsuite social media platform with Sendible, we can see many similar features. With Sendible, you can access reports on social metrics, build and schedule information, and use Google Analytics within the app.
Still, the Hootsuite dashboard has better features for centralized social media management, responding to customers within the platform, and other tasks.
In terms of curating and scheduling posts, Sendible offers calendar-based posting and Canva access to customize your media. Hootsuite has built-in libraries, where you can store the content and publish your work based on specific segments. Hootsuite comes with the contests and campaigns feature, which lets users run custom sweepstakes or contests through the account’s dashboard.

From a first glance at the features and pricing, Hootsuite and SocialPilot are quite similar. While both have great dashboards, SocialPilot stands out regarding the ease of use and improved social media efficiency.
According to online reviews, the customer support team is better at SocialPilot, even though it is not present 24/7. Still, Hootsuite has an advantage with the many features, analytics, and suggestions.
The lack of contact management, customer targeting, and keyword filtering in SocialPilot also make Hootsuite a better choice. On top of that, webinars and in-person training are supported by Hootsuite and not available with SocialPilot.
Hootsuite vs Buffer
Buffer is known as a platform that goes shoulder-to-shoulder with Hootsuite. Our Hootsuite review shows that its features are very similar to Buffer.
Its affordable prices make Buffer stand out. However, Hootsuite has a better free plan with a limit of 30 scheduled posts, while Buffer limits it at only ten.
In terms of features, ease of use, and functionality, both are excellent. Buffer is better than Hootsuite when it comes to reporting and analytics. But the scheduling, ad-hoc posting, and conversation management are better on Hootsuite.

In addition to the Twitter support option, users can try live chat or get in touch with the Hootsuite Facebook support. Unfortunately, we thought the live chat was most inconvenient to use. The window kept disappearing, and we didn’t receive any replies.
