I used the chat option to seek help regarding something that wasn’t clear on their pricing page. The contact person copy-pasted the same pricing page asking me to make referrals from there.

I told them that my question was arising from something that I encountered on the same page.
After a few minutes, the contact person said that they would refer me to one of the sales agents. I left my email address for them to get back to me.
Things looked up the following day when I got a response from yet another account manager. She answered my questions to satisfaction.
